Flats have been completely restored, following the ancient traditions of Tuscan hovels and the natural atmosphere of the environment: stone walls, kilnful floor, ceiling with wonderful beams.
All flats are well equipped with heating, TV, independent entrance, private garden with table and chairs. Heating and TV-SAT are not inclusive in the price.
Our guests can also use barbecue in the garden to cooklocal fish and steak, and taste our wonderful oil.
In relation to the dimension, flats are divided into three types: type A, type B and type C:
Type A.: flats for 4 people around 80/100 m2, equipped with a small kitchen, a comfortable living-room, a double-room, a room with a couple of single beds or double-bed, one or two bathrooms. *possibility to put one or two single beds on payment.
Type B: Flats for 4 people, around 70 metres, equipped with a living-room, a small cooking corner, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, wash-basin and hair-dryer.
Type C: flats for 2+2 people, around 55 metres, equipped with big living room with Bed Sofa and equipped Kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a comfortable double room, a bathroom with shower, wash-basin, WC, bidet and hair-dryer, outside covered terrace with table and chairs and sea View, nearby Barbecue.
